Wendy L. Hagen Joins the Gibbons Corporate Group

Gibbons P.C. is pleased to announce that Wendy L. Hagen has joined the firm as an associate in the Corporate Group, resident in the Newark office.

Most recently the Managing Attorney of Hagen Law Office LLC, Ms. Hagen practices wide-ranging business law, including entity formation and maintenance, contract drafting and negotiation, contract lifecycle management services, and pre-litigation dispute resolution. Prior to launching her private practice, she was in-house counsel at Cantel Medical Corp. in Little Falls, New Jersey, where she began her career as a paralegal and was promoted to law clerk before rising to the position of corporate attorney. In these roles, Ms. Hagen drafted, reviewed, and negotiated complex commercial agreements, including confidentiality agreements, terms and conditions of sale, master services agreements, vendor agreements, distributor agreements, real estate leases, and government contracts. She also managed corporate litigation matters; assisted with mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures; drafted, reviewed, and advised on SEC and NYSE filings and other disclosures; oversaw various corporate governance matters; managed the preparation and execution of annual stockholder meetings; and researched and advised business divisions on conducting business overseas.

Ms. Hagen earned her J.D., cum laude, from Rutgers Law School – Newark, where she served as Senior Editor of the Rutgers University Law Review, and her B.A., cum laude, from William Paterson University. She also earned a post-baccalaureate certificate in paralegal studies from Montclair State University. Ms. Hagen is admitted to practice in the state of New Jersey.
