The Gibbons Corporate Group Welcomes Thomas D. Rezach

Gibbons P.C. is pleased to announce that Thomas D. Rezach has joined the firm as an associate in the Corporate Group, resident in the Newark, New Jersey, office.

Mr. Rezach was previously an associate with Brown Rudnick LLP, in New York City, where he represented emerging companies and venture capital funds in equity finance, debt finance, and general corporate matters, and advised angel investors and family offices, among others, with regard to their investments in early-stage growth companies. His substantive work experience includes drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial transaction and financing agreements, as well as formation documents, governance materials, and more. He has also drafted, reviewed, and prepared due diligence memoranda, and SEC filing documents and proxy materials.

Prior to Brown Rudnick, Mr. Rezach was an associate with McCarter English, LLP. He began there as a summer associate and was also a law clerk at the firm.

Mr. Rezach earned his J.D., cum laude, from New York Law School and his B.S., magna cum laude in interdisciplinary business and public policy, from The College of New Jersey. He is admitted to practice in the states of New Jersey and New York.
