Khiana E. Gaulrapp Joins the Gibbons Employment & Labor Law Group

Gibbons P.C. is pleased to welcome Khiana E. Gaulrapp to the firm as an associate in the Employment & Labor Law Group, resident in the Newark, New Jersey, office.

Ms. Gaulrapp was previously an employment litigation associate at a plaintiff-side law firm, where she handled discrimination, retaliation, whistleblower, wrongful termination, and sexual harassment claims – from intake through resolution. She managed the discovery process, negotiated settlements for her clients, and represented clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations.

Her background also includes drafting and negotiating various agreements in the life sciences and healthcare industries. Additionally, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Cynthia D. Santomauro, J.S.C., Essex Vicinage, where she managed motion calendars for both the Law Division and Special Civil Part, as well as drafted court orders and court-initiated correspondence, among other duties.

Ms. Gaulrapp earned her J.D. from Rutgers Law School, where she was a senior staff editor for Rutgers Business Law Review, and her B.A, cum laude in social and behavioral sciences, from Felician University. She also holds an MBA in innovation and entrepreneurial leadership from Felician. She is admitted to practice in the state of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
