InsiderNJ, a nonpartisan website focused on the political scene in New Jersey, has released its inaugural list of the state’s Top 100 lobbyists. All four attorneys in Gibbons P.C.’s Government & Regulatory Affairs Group are featured on the list, which the publication deems “a representative look at key governmental affairs agents laboring mostly in the halls of Trenton.” David J. Pascrell, Group Chair, was ranked #14, with Courtney A. Johnson, associate; Michael D. De Loreto, Director; and Paul J. St. Onge, Director, ranked #38, #39, and #54, respectively.

Based just steps from the New Jersey State House, the Governmental & Regulatory Affairs Group develops effective strategies to navigate the complex legislative and regulatory processes at the state and federal levels and provides cutting-edge advocacy to ensure its clients’ voices are heard at the right time by the right people. As a result of the Group’s work, the firm has been ranked as the state’s #1 lawyer-lobbying firm by revenue for 16 straight years by the New Jersey Election Law Enforcement Commission.

“We are honored to receive this recognition and are thrilled that it includes all the members of our practice,” remarked Mr. Pascrell. “It is an acknowledgement of the profile and reputation that each member has achieved in New Jersey.”

According to InsiderNJ, those listed “are governmental affairs agents, that is to say, professionals compensated to influence legislation, regulations, or governmental processes by communicating with (for more than 20 hours in a calendar year), or providing a benefit to, a high level State official.”
