Gibbons Earns Nationwide Great Workplace Certification for 2023-2024

Gibbons P.C. has again been certified as a great workplace by the independent analysts at the Great Place to Work® consulting firm. The firm earned this credential based on feedback provided by its employees on an anonymous survey. Gibbons has been certified as a great workplace every year the firm has participated in the program.

In this year’s survey, leading to certification, nearly 100 percent of firm respondents rate the service provided by Gibbons as excellent and feel a sense of pride at what the firm accomplishes and how it contributes to the community. The same percentage indicated Gibbons provides employees with a physically safe place to work, trusts people to do a good job without micromanaging, and treats all people fairly. Overall, 94 percent of employees say Gibbons is a great place to work compared to 57 percent of employees at a typical U.S.-based company, and in many areas, Gibbons compared quite positively with other Best Small & Medium Workplaces.
