News
March 29, 2022
Gibbons P.C. has again been certified as a great workplace by the independent analysts at the Great Place to Work® consulting firm. The firm earned this credential based on feedback provided by its employees on an anonymous survey. Gibbons has been certified as a great workplace every year the firm has participated in the program.
The certification also makes Gibbons eligible to once again earn a place among the country’s Best Small and Medium Workplaces, as the firm has done for the past six years, appearing as the only New Jersey-based company and the most highly ranked law firm on the most recent Best Medium Workplaces list.
The 2022 survey results are broken into numerous categories. Highlights of the firm’s 2022 scores include:
“Employee satisfaction is really important to us, so we’re excited to once again be certified as a Great Place to Work,” said Peter J. Torcicollo, Managing Director of Gibbons. “I think our continued success in this area is directly attributable to all of the firm’s employees, both attorneys and non-attorneys, and we will always be committed to earning that dedication.”
“After two years of transitions – from on-site work to all-remote engagement to the gradual return to our offices – our outstanding employees never wavered in their support of Gibbons and our clients, ” noted Patrick C. Dunican Jr., the firm’s Executive Chairperson. “Their commitment to the firm and the high quality of their work are inspiring and greatly appreciated.”
Various other organizations have also recognized Gibbons over the years as a great place to work, including, most recently, NJBIZ, which ranked Gibbons #11 on its “Best Places to Work in New Jersey” list, which has featured Gibbons for 16 consecutive years. In addition, the firm has been ranked nationally, as a “Best Place to Work in America,” by the Society for Human Resources Management and Great Place to Work Institute, and regionally, by such publications as Crain’s New York Business, Central Penn Business Journal, and Philadelphia Business Journal.
