This year’s conference will focus on the economic challenges posed by e-discovery and corporate information management and practical strategies to address those challenges. Panels will include discussions of e-discovery issues in smaller litigation and a roundtable exchange on e-discovery cost containment strategies. Other panelists will discuss the topical areas of international e-discovery and privacy laws and the impact of social media such as Facebook and Twitter on corporate information and litigation management. Finally, renowned e-discovery expert Michael Arkfeld will again discuss key developments in e-discovery law over the past year.

The conference will take place from 8:30 am to 4:15 pm at the Gibbons Conference Center on the 21st floor of One Gateway Center in Newark.
