At this Gibbons Academy presentation, the speakers will give a brief overview of the parameters of class actions, as well as developments in recent Third Circuit and New Jersey case law surrounding the class action device. They will also discuss the effect of recent class action cases related to arbitration waivers; cybersecurity concerns; and the now notorious Truth-in-Consumer Contract, Warranty and Notice Act on our clients’ businesses.
