Chancery courts are courts of specialized jurisdiction. These courts often oversee business cases, real estate disputes, and cases seeking equitable relief, such as injunctions.

At this program, the speakers will provide:

• An overview of the basics of Chancery court jurisdiction and the various types of cases often seen in Chancery court;
• A focus on typical business disputes in the NJ Chancery Court such as LLC break-ups and minority shareholder oppression; and
• A primer on Delaware Chancery practice, including an overview of the Court of Chancery and its procedures.
