The Supreme Court approved certain significant changes in the 2017 edition of the New Jersey Rules of Court, and these rules will materially affect every civil litigator practicing in State courts. This program will address changes to important rules, including:

• New page limits on briefs (and how to request extra pages);
• Requirements for filings in the Appellate Division; and
• Standards for dealing with metadata in electronic discovery.
