Susan Nardone, a Director in the Gibbons Employment & Labor Law Group, will speak at the upcoming DRI Employment & Labor Law Seminar (will link to seminar brochure PDF) on the topic, “Practical Tips for Conducting Effective Workplace Investigations,” on May 3, 2013, at the Arizona Biltmore, Phoenix, AZ. Ms. Nardone’s program will discuss the intricacies of workplace investigations. She will discuss what is involved in conducting effective and defensible investigations, including how to determine the right participants. Ms. Nardone will also provide insight into the elements of a thorough investigation and planning the appropriate action to take after analyzing the results.
