Ms. Torres represents management and corporate executives in negotiations, litigations, and investigations. She has handled matters involving claims pursuant to the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, and Americans with Disabilities Act, among other protection laws, and is experienced in all aspects of the litigation continuum, including conducting legal research and analysis, managing written discovery, preparing deposition outlines and exhibits, conferring with opposing counsel, and drafting memoranda, pleadings, motions, and appeals.

She served as a law clerk for the Honorable Lisa Rose in the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division, in Jersey City, and as a legal intern for the Honorable John Michael Vazquez in the United States District Court, District of New Jersey, in Newark.
