Ms. O’Herron is the John J. Gibbons Fellow in Public Interest & Constitutional Law for the 2023 – 2025 term. She is particularly well qualified for this challenging role. Through her work researching and writing for federal judges at both the trial and appellate levels, she has developed proficiency in the skills necessary to litigate the cutting-edge matters relevant to the Gibbons Fellowship, including constitutional and civil rights, education, immigration, criminal procedure, prison conditions, and government transparency. She has gained relevant experience through her law school clinic, as well as her work with the Legal Aid Society, the American Civil Liberties Union, and the Center for Appellate Litigation.
