Ms. Gatto centers her practice on employment and labor law as part of the firm’s Employment & Labor Law Group. She brings valuable appellate experience to the firm, having recently clerked for the Hon. Catherine I. Enright, J.A.C., in the Superior Court of New Jersey’s Appellate Division in Morris County. There, she wrote opinions and memos on a wide range of civil and criminal appeals.
Ms. Gatto’s past experience also includes an internship in the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office’s Appeals Bureau, where she wrote criminal appellate briefs, as well as an internship with the State of New Jersey Office of the Attorney General, where she gained valuable insight into trial preparation.
