Ms. Walsh’s practice focuses on a range of employment issues, concentrating on both employment litigation and counseling matters.
Ms. Walsh brings to the Employment & Labor Law Group litigation experience in handling discovery processes, providing client representation in court proceedings – including mandatory, non-binding arbitration – and negotiating settlements. She is also well-versed in conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs for a variety of civil litigation matters.
She clerked for the Honorable Thomas M. Moore, P.J. (Ret.), Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Civil Part, drafting memoranda and statements of reasons for complex employment, commercial, and other civil litigation, and mediating Special Civil Part cases.
