Mr. Eastwick’s practice concentrates on real estate transactional matters, with a particular focus on negotiating complex commercial leases, real estate acquisitions and dispositions, development and redevelopment, and real estate financing across a variety of asset classes.
Mr. Eastwick has extensive experience representing both landlords and tenants in all phases of commercial lease negotiation, as well as both buyers and sellers of commercial real estate that included retail properties, commercial office buildings, warehouses, restaurants, vacant land, and more. He also has represented landlords and tenants in commercial lease disputes and advised on residential real estate sales, purchases, and leasing.
Mr. Eastwick has been included on the list for New Jersey Super Lawyers® “Rising Stars” in the Real Estate field for five consecutive years since 2020.
