Mr. Morgenstern’s practice focuses on land use, zoning, real estate development, and affordable housing. He regularly represents real estate developers and residential clients before zoning and planning boards in connection with development applications for site plan approval, variance relief, and subdivisions. Mr. Morgenstern has extensive experience litigating a broad range of complex land use and zoning matters, including appeals from planning and zoning board decisions, ordinance challenges, and affordable housing matters in the Superior Court, Law Division and Appellate Division.
Mr. Morgenstern’s practice also includes litigating real estate tax appeals in the Tax Court of New Jersey on behalf of commercial and residential clients.
While practicing law in New York, Mr. Morgenstern acted as corporate counsel to the boards of cooperative corporations, condominium associations, and homeowners associations. He also represented clients in real estate transactions in New York City and Westchester.
